Golden Cell Alchemy exists as a container for the innate intelligence within every being — the light, wisdom, and regenerative power that lives in each cell. In this work, we honor the journey of self-initiation — where the body becomes the teacher, and the soul leads the way. Through sacred somatic practices and deep embodied presence, we welcome individuals into remembering their wholeness, integrate their lived experiences, and embody their truth. Our intention is to restore coherence between the body, mind, and spirit, so healing becomes a natural expression of being. We serve as conduits of remembrance, holding safe space for transformation and deeps shedding.
About The Founder
Hi I'm Amber
I’m Amber Carsten, the heart behind Golden Cell Alchemy — a sacred space devoted to self-healing, nervous system regulation, and deep remembrance.
For over four years, I’ve been holding space for our community and beyond as a licensed body and energywork practitioner, certified in Spinal Energetics and breathwork. I’m a graduate of the Intermountain College of Natural Healing and an eternal student of our human/super human experience.
My path began with a deep calling to bridge science and soul — to help others reconnect to the intelligence that lives within their own system. Through Spinal Energetics, Cellular Regeneration, and a range of somatic and energetic modalities, I support others by guiding them back into deep remembering, holding sacred space for transformation, illuminating the wisdom encoded within every cell, and reawakening coherence between the body, mind, biofield, and spirit.
Beyond credentials, I am a daughter, sister, auntie, wife, and friend — a water-loving, truth-seeking, Gaia-protecting human devoted to the art of remembering. My approach is simple yet powerful: create a safe, grounded, and loving field where transformation becomes inevitable.

My souls intention
This work is an invitation to reclaim your power, integrate your truth, and remember that healing is not something we chase — it’s something we allow.
We work to distinguish the self vs. the story of the self, bringing your human experience into integrity. Rather than trying to ignoring and dissociating the pain, we integrate, alchemize and turn it into gold by illuminating the wisdom that sits at the center of every cell.
Your body holds light wisdom and natural ability to heal and regenerate itself with no external force. We must first create the correct environment for it to do so.
